Its super to have a cat at home again. Though my first few days with Roshni were.... strange... didn't feel like there was a cat at home at all. She was lethargic and slumped in a corner... never spoke to me or anything, minded her own business. Then they got her spayed and she was preggo with 4 kittens (I knew all along... I got those preggo vibes... ). The kittens are gone now... very sad... and she had a cone on her all last week. That's when she got close to me. Whenever she felt frustrated with the cone, she'd come to me for some comforting. The first night I felt so bad for her I slept on the floor too, for easy access... so she doesn't have to jump on the bed. Poor baby. Some days later she was used to it. Not yet herself though. And last night I got to FINALLY remove the cone... and lil' miss Roshni is a major mischief-maker, it seems! Jumping and playing all night... didn't come once to me during the night (otherwise she'd come and fixedly knead my tummy at night). So now I feel all mommy-like with this one and her cone is off and I'm looking forward to enjoying her kitten-ness now... and today only someone is coming to look at her to adopt :(
SO here are some pics I took of 'Oshni Cat... :(
