Experiements

Here are a list of my experiments lately. They're hardly experiments because they've been done before by people... but not by me...
1. Homemade compost
2. Dehydrating apples (for tea and cooking)
3. Dry orange and lemon peel (for tea and cooking)
4. Knitting (maa taught me :D)
5. Wanna make quiche... but once I find the pastry
6. Homemade fruit and herb sauces and oils

Also I'm wondering about how to fit in a work desk in my little apartment so I can do other handy work... That itself is a project.
